ABOUT MICHELLE

Michelle Volpe is a self-trained passionate baker .

Growing up in Australia and Asia, Michelle started to bake and cook from her grandmother, Oma, who always hosted holidays, prepared banquets for her 10-siblings, their families and friends.

Michelle moved to New Jersey in 2012, when she also began growing her own organic garden filled with heirloom fruit and vegetables without the use of herbicide and pesticide.

For Michelle, being in the kitchen preparing food for family became a pivotal moment of Michelle’s life in raising physically and mentally healthy children. She is passionate in creating food from scratch, minimally processed, and providing the maximum nutrition dense food possible.

ABOUT US

We have now transitioned into a health conscious bakery. We continue to create seasonally inspired cakes, patisserie, and savory delights influenced by using real clean ingredients such as freshly milled flours and organic ingredients wherever possible to create new and traditional products you have grown to love.

We gravitate towards natural food coloring, but can accommodate customers who specifically seeks synthetic food coloring. We also restrict the use of any ingredients containing Carrageenan, Xantham Gum, Guar Gums, Trans Fats, and Artificial Sweeteners. We carefully source our ingredients without the contamination of herbicide and pesticide, preservatives, fillers, and food additives.
